FAQs
The Artwork & Editions
-
Yes. To guarantee authenticity, Roman Russo personally signs and numbers every fine art print in the collection.
-
A limited Edition means that only a specific number of prints are included for that image at that specific size in a collection.
-
Every limited edition print is accompanied by a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This document details the artwork title, edition number (e.g., 5 of 25), size, and material, serving as the permanent guarantee of provenance.
-
We use museum-grade archival standards for every piece. This includes acid-free papers and archival pigment inks.
-
All fine art prints are produced using a Canon professional printer.
-
Our image sizes are based on what looks best for the image and pixel size. For specific custom sizing that is not currently offered, reach out to us for special editions sizing questions.
-
Roman Russo limited edition prints are available in five sizes, spanning portrait, landscape, pano and square formats. Please note that size and orientation options are curated by the artist to ensure the visual integrity and composition of each image. Framing & Installation
-
We believe fine art deserves exceptional presentation and protection. We partner with a premier local studio that handcrafts our frames using the highest quality materials. Our frame styles and colors are carefully curated to accentuate the specific image, as we view the frame and mounting as an integral extension of the artwork itself. Please refer to individual product pages for specifications, or contact us directly with any questions.
-
Never use standard glass cleaners or paper towels on acrylic, as they can scratch the surface. Use a specialized acrylic cleaner and a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Apply the cleaner to the cloth, not directly to the art.
Orders & Shipping
-
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery after payment is received. We take great care in the packaging and shipping of your fine art print to ensure it arrives undamaged and ready to enjoy.
-
While we primarily serve the domestic market, we are happy to ship internationally. Please note that the client is responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable import duties and taxes.
-
We take packaging seriously. Framed artworks are secured with corner guards, wrapped in protective cushioning, and shipped in custom-engineered boxes designed to withstand the rigors of transit. Every step is taken to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

Commissions
-
Yes. Although based in Scottsdale, AZ, Roman accepts commissions worldwide. Please contact us to check his current travel itinerary. Should your project require dedicated travel arrangements, expenses will be outlined in the proposal.
-
We view every commission as a true partnership. Because the final aesthetic—the specific 'look'—is achieved through Roman’s signature editing workflow, we do not release unedited RAW files. Instead, we collaborate closely with you upfront to define the vision, tones, and mood, ensuring the finished images perfectly align with your shared goals.
-
To ensure availability and proper pre-production planning, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. If you have an urgent project with a tighter deadline, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
-
Commercial commissions are quoted on a per project basis and we work with clients to determine appropriate fees. Please submit an inquiry for a custom estimate.
-
For exterior architectural work, the envisioned lighting and weather are everything. We work with the client to determine the optimal time of year for the vision they are looking to achieve. If conditions are not conducive, we will reschedule to the nearest available date.
-
Commercial proposals are negotiable and will include broad usage rights for the client’s marketing (website, social media, collateral). The specifics will be discussed and outlined in the proposal.
