The Artist

A restless curiosity drives me to see the familiar in ways that others might miss. My work is born from the challenge to capture, the thrill of the hunt—finding that perfect, unseen angle—and the meditative solitude of the world before it wakes. Whether I am hiking into the vast wilderness or standing alone in a European city center at dawn, my goal is to strip away the noise of modern life to reveal the profound and capture the beauty beneath.

While my approach is agile, extensive preparation is in service of spontaneity. I use precision and rigor to overcome challenging environments, not just to document a scene, but to honor it and capture the moment with accuracy and intent. I want the viewer to feel the silence, to catch a glimpse of a new perspective, and to bring clarity to the details that can be overlooked. Images are unique and each drive the tone and color selection to properly focus the viewer’s attention, revealing a level of realism and intimacy that invites them to look twice, breathe deeper, and engage more with the world around them. While I have exhibited works in galleries in Portland and Laguna Beach, my true passion lies in sharing these images with a wider audience, creating an opportunity for people to pause and experience them.
